This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Entwyn subscriptions and features. Entwyn is a product of Inference Aftermath Private Limited (“the Company”), a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered office at A24, Geetha Towers, 4th Floor, Near Skoda Showroom, Doorvaninagar, Bangalore North, Bangalore - 560016, Karnataka, India.
1. Overview
Entwyn has not launched yet. The app will be free to download, and paid subscriptions are not on sale today. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds will work once optional premium subscriptions become available, so you know what to expect before you ever pay.
2. Purchases Through Apple App Store and Google Play
Subscriptions purchased in the Entwyn app are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and refunds for those purchases are handled through the store you bought from under its refund policies:
- Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Apple’s guide to requesting a refund.
- Google Play: see Google’s guide to getting a refund on Google Play.
Whether a store refund is granted is decided by Apple or Google under their policies. If you have trouble with a store refund request, email support@entwyn.ai and we will do our best to help.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings (see cancelling a subscription from Apple or cancelling a subscription on Google Play).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again.
- Except where required by applicable law or the store’s policy, amounts already paid for the current billing period are not refunded on cancellation.
4. Purchases Made on Our Website
We do not currently sell anything on our website. If we offer purchases directly through our website in the future, payments will be processed by our payment partner (such as Razorpay) and this policy will apply: you may cancel a subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period, and approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days of approval.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that you cannot waive under applicable law, including Indian consumer protection law.
