Entwyn offers two identity checks built for the Indian context. Verified profiles carry a badge that other members can see.

• Selfie Match: Take a live selfie that is cross-referenced against your profile photos using facial recognition.
• Government ID: Optionally verify with an Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, or Driving License. We confirm your identity, then delete the document.

Every photo uploaded to Entwyn is screened automatically for explicit content and other sensitive imagery. Photos identified as explicit are rejected, and borderline photos are held in a human review queue until a reviewer decides.

You can also report photos that break our guidelines; those reports go through the moderation process below.

Tap the panic button in the Safety Center and confirm. Every verified trusted contact receives an SMS with a map link to your location when your phone can share it. If your phone cannot get a location fix, the alert still goes out and tells them the location was unavailable.

Location sharing is separate: before a meeting, share your location with the verified trusted contacts you choose for a set time, with an optional note about where you are meeting. Updates are sent about once a minute while Entwyn is open and pause in the background.

Entwyn provides instant blocking that removes someone from your experience. They cannot see your profile, message you, or know that you blocked them.

Report someone from their profile or chat: pick a reason and add details, or report a specific message to attach it as evidence. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team, and we act on what we find: warnings for minor violations, suspensions for repeated offenses, and permanent bans for serious misconduct.

Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours and investigates content flagged by automated checks. You can track the status of your reports in the app's Safety Center.
