Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Entwyn mobile apps, websites, and related services at entwyn.ai (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • restricting access to your account and devices; and
  • notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may require verification steps to protect users and the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or impersonate other users;
  • post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service;
  • bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions;
  • use the Service for spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial solicitation; or
  • submit security testing against production systems without written authorization.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Entwyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to submit content.

5. Paid Services

If Entwyn offers subscriptions or other paid features:

  • prices, billing intervals, and included features will be disclosed before purchase;
  • payments may be processed by third-party providers or app stores;
  • taxes may apply where required; and
  • refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable purchase flow and local law.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed Entwyn to legal liability, or used the Service in a harmful or fraudulent manner. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Entwyn does not guarantee matches, compatibility, or any particular outcome from using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entwyn and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the Service or at entwyn.ai where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
